Matthew Stafford exited practice with hamstring tightness last week, a precautionary measure for the veteran quarterback. Sean McVay expected Stafford to be back on the field this week and on Monday, that’s exactly where he was.
Stafford returned to practice on Monday, which is evidence of how minor his hamstring injury really is. Additionally, Jonah Jackson returned to practice, too. Jackson has been sidelined by a bruised scapula for the last three weeks but he’s making progress as Week 1 approaches.
It appears neither Stafford nor Jackson took part in 11-on-11 drills Monday but they did go through individual work so the Rams are ramping up their activity progressively so as not to risk re-injury.

It’s only a short clip, but it looks like Stafford was moving pretty well while going through individual drills.
