Now that the Los Angeles Rams are over a week removed from their season ending, the transition to offseason mode has fully begun. Les Snead and Sean McVay have likely started looking at where the Rams can get better and what holes on the roster there might be, a process that will ramp up in the coming weeks and months.
As it stands right now, the Rams are actually in good shape. So long as Matthew Stafford continues playing, they’ll be a Super Bowl contender in 2025. If Stafford retires, however, things change dramatically in Los Angeles.
