Larga gets going with 10,000 cyclists expected

Cycling takes center stage again as Larga Pilipinas, backed by Smart Communications, stages a two-day, two-stage race for an expected 10,000 cyclists on Nov. 29 and Nov. 30 in Nampicuan, Nueva Ecija.
